AuthorizeNet AIM Gateway added
9/28/2009 1:48:42 PM

Because of serious issues with AuthorizeNet shutting down PostAuth feature of the SIM gateway. This has caused domains charges to fail, while a bug in Hsphere allowed the domain to still be given its renewal at enom. We developed the AIM gateway for Hsphere so all resellers should switch to this new Gateway if you were previously using the SIM gateway.

Network changes implemented.
8/27/2009 7:32:52 PM

We recently ran a fiber cross connect between our premium core and value core.  The allows us to direct traffic for either premium or value between each without leaving our network. This will resolve many of the bandwidth overages  we were seeing from backing up servers on the value network as it was going out to our datacenter premium network and back in the other feed for value causing bandwidth spikes and bandwidth overage billing from the datacenter. There was no impact to any service during this change.

Core Router Replaced (Temporary).
8/4/2009 9:46:46 PM

We had a massive issue with our core router on the premium network side that required complete temporary replacement with a different model. This weekend we will replace the temporary router we have with the new one once it arrives. We were able to limit the downtime to about hour and a half. We apologize for this outage and were thankful that we keep working spares on hand. We would like to thank our customers for understanding during this stressful night.
