Our datacenter experienced a network wide outage on the premium network tonight lasting about 15Min. Our clients on the value network were not effectedThey worked hard to restore service and once I know more I will provide an update.

The canned response they sent to all clients:
A multi-gigabit DDoS attack was directed at one of our customers on the Premium network. Our providers are now blocking the offending traffic upstream and connectivity should be fully restored. Please let us know if you encounter any further issues.
